OMRON Corporation (HQ: Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto; President and CEO: Junta Tsujinaga) announced today that it has been selected as one of the Digital Transformation (DX) Stocks 2026 by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE), and the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA). This is the second time OMRON has received this designation.

METI, TSE, and IPA select and recognize as DX Stocks companies that make outstanding efforts to drastically change their business models and management practices based on digital technologies to generate renewed growth and enhance their competitiveness through digital transformation (DX). OMRON was selected this time in recognition of its drive to transform itself into a GEMBA DX (on-site digital transformation) company, as laid out in its Long-term Vision "Shaping the Future 2030 (SF2030)" and the Medium-Term Roadmap "SF 2nd Stage," and its efforts to contribute to sustainable growth and maximize corporate value through the use of generative AI and advanced technologies, talent development, and the establishment of a foundation for a global DX platform.

- DX promotion strategy aligned with the Long-term Vision
OMRON has established a clear strategy and framework for driving DX aligned with its Long-term Vision SF2030 and Medium-term Roadmap, the latter launching in fiscal 2026. (JMDC) in particular as the core of its Data Solution Business, OMRON is accelerating the deployment of solutions in the healthcare and social systems domains. By establishing OMRON DIGITAL Co., Ltd.
