Out of a sincere wish to enhance the practice of the OMRON Principles, OMRON Chairman visits our sites across the globe to engage in conversations with groups of local managers to discuss our time-honored guiding Principles.
In the "OMRON Principles Missionary Dialogue," as it is called, Chairman talks about the importance of staying mindful of the OMRON Principles in our everyday business. He also shares his own experiences of practicing the Principles as a business manager, after which participants are encouraged to share their stories of what they do to implement the Principles in the hopes that they will resonate with one another. Based on the takeaways they have gained through the process, the participants engage in discussions on the future course of action they should take to practice the Principles. The Missionary Dialogues serve as a vital avenue for local managers to accelerate their action in accordance with the OMRON Principles.

The KURUMAZA is a forum for communication between the President and CEO and employees, which is organized regularly for the purpose of fostering mutual understanding through dialogues with employees and making the OMRON Principles the driver for the company's growth.
Past participants found the opportunity both engaging and informative, saying, "Besides realizing the importance of the OMRON Principles and the necessity of having a workplace culture that encourages productive discussions, I was able to get to know Mr. Yamada better" and "Mr. Yamada was kind enough to give me practical advice on my everyday concerns."

It also gives me a great deal of energy to communicate directly with our employees and compare notes about this and that." The Kazuma Tateishi Memorial Hall offers an immersive journey into the life and legacy of OMRON’s founder, Kazuma Tateishi. Spanning his 90-year life, the facility embodies the entrepreneurial spirit and visionary philosophy that form the foundation of today’s OMRON Principles.
Why did he start the company? Why did it succeed? Why was the Corporate Motto created? This memorial continues to answer these questions and share his enduring vision.
The facility consists of two areas: the former residence, where visitors can personally connect with what the founder thought and felt, and the exhibition hall, which traces his footsteps and explores the DNA and core values that drive OMRON. Each year, many employees from around the world visit to engage with the spirit of our founder.
