Kyoto, Japan - OMRON Corporation (TOKYO: 6645; ADR: OMRNY) today announced the following director and Audit & Supervisory Board personnel changes to be considered at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 20 this year, and at a subsequent Audit & Supervisory Board meeting to be held on the same day.
