Notice about our business operation (sales and services) in Russia and Ukraine

OMRON is closely monitoring the situation in Ukraine and our thoughts are with all those who are suffering as a result of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Like many others, we hope that the international community will find a solution to this situation as soon as possible.
OMRON places the highest priority on the safety and health of its employees and their families, customers and business partners and we are constantly looking at how we can continue to support everyone to stay safe. OMRON has decided to donate a total of 1 million Euro including donation of medical equipment in order to support people in Ukraine and neighbouring countries. The details are under consideration in cooperation with the regional headquarters in Europe.
Our operations in Ukraine and Russia are impacted by Russia's invasion of Ukraine. This includes export controls, the shutdown of logistics networks from Europe to Russia, and the blocking of remittance networks from Russia to Europe.
In light of this situation, we are suspending our shipments into Russia and Ukraine. We will closely monitor the situation to evaluate when business can be resumed.
As our healthcare activities support the health of the inhabitants of Russia and Ukraine, we are still investigating options related to how to continue the business despite the situation.
This decision has no impact on our manufacturing and sales operation in other regions of Europe.
