In South Korea, where the industrial robot market is expanding rapidly, industrial accidents have also increased. OMRON Electronics Korea, as the only domestic company engaged in the two businesses of robots and safety, has initiated efforts to raise the level of safety awareness with the aim of eliminating robot-related accidents. The company is working steadily to raise safety awareness and establish safe labor conditions between robot users and certifying organizations, such as by holding seminars and exhibitions concerned with security. Challenges are ongoing, with the aim of actualizing a safe workplace without accidents and a better society.
