OMRON Corporation (HQ: Shimogyo-Ku, Kyoto. President and CEO: Junta Tsujinaga) announced today that Board of Directors has decided the following Executive Officers structure effective FY2026.
OMRON is strengthening its management structure to lead its growth strategy in order to evolve into an organization that thoroughly reinforces execution and continuously delivers results, coinciding with the launch of its mid-term roadmap "SF2030 2nd Stage." Under this structure, in addition to the existing CFO*, CTO*, and CHRO*, the company has established three new positions CIO*, CDXO*, and CRO* creating a six-CxO framework, and redefined each role's authority and responsibilities to align with the mid-term roadmap strategy. OMRON will assign corporate functions to the CxOs and delegate decision-making authority for each business to the respective Business Companies (hereafter, BCs). Under this structure, CxOs will take consistent responsibility for everything from formulating company-wide policies in their respective areas to executing them, further accelerating "speed management" that supports quick on-the-ground judgment and decision-making. In addition, by having the CxOs responsible for company-wide initiatives and the BCs responsible for business strategy execute together as one, OMRON will strengthen execution and drive value creation and maximization of outcomes from the customer's perspective.
