Auditors Changes

OMRON Corporation (HQ: Shimogyo-Ku, Kyoto. President and CEO: Yoshihito Yamada) today announced that the Board of Directors decided the following Auditors changes. The selections of Corporate Auditors are subject to the approval at the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting scheduled in June, 2023 and the Board of Directors Meeting to be held on the same day.
