OMRON to Donate 200,000 Euros to Support the Türkiye-Syria Earthquake Response

OMRON Corporation (Headquarters: Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto, President and CEO: Yoshihito Yamada) has decided to donate a total of 200,000 Euros to support the ongoing disaster relief and recovery efforts following the devastating earthquake which hit the border between Türkiye and Syria. The donations totaling 200,000 Euros will be made to Better Shelter*, NPO based in Sweden through its regional headquarters, the OMRON Management Center of Europe to support an initiative to build temporary housing for the affected people directly.
*A Sweden-based non-profit organization established in 2010 that provides humanitarian assistance. Its activities include providing temporary housing and shelter to refugees and disaster victims.
In addition, OMRON sales office in Türkiye has already sent much needed goods to the region via government initiatives. OMRON is calling on its employees also to donate through humanitarian aid organizations.
