OMRON Announces Representative Directors Changes

OMRON Corporation (HQ: Shimogyo-Ku, Kyoto. President and CEO: Yoshihito Yamada) today announced the following changes in directors including representative directors at the meeting of the board of directors held on January 12, 2023. Of the following changes, the appointment of directors will be officially approved by resolutions at the Ordinally General Meeting of Shareholders and the subsequent meeting of the board of directors in June this year.
1. Reasons for the leadership changes
In fiscal year 2022, OMRON launched its new Long-Term Vision, Shaping the Future 2030. We make these leadership changes as we believe it is essential to establish new leadership to further accelerate the implementation of the Vision.
