Ishihara began his career as an engineer at Sony. Empathizing with the idea of “producing 100 companies like Sony and Honda in the future,” he participated in the Dream Incubator project and supported the establishment of the Innovation Exploring Initiative HQ and formulation of the current long-term vision, SF2030. He joined OMRON in 2020. His current work focuses on creating the next growth business and evolving OMRON’s business model.
After obtaining a medical practitioner’s license, Noguchi gained experience in a wide range of projects in the healthcare field at the Boston Consulting Group. He joined the Noritsu Koki group in 2016, working as representative in bio-ventures and other areas before joining JMDC in 2020. As an executive officer he oversaw the headquarters of JMDC’s business for pharmaceutical companies, insurers, and healthcare providers, and was appointed Representative Director, President and CEO in June 2023.
