When determining dividends, the Company aims to maintain a payout ratio at a minimum of 25% with a near-term DOE target of 2%.

Following the favorable consolidated financial results for the fiscal 2013 announced today, the Company has decided to make an upward revision to the year-end dividend to 28 yen per share, up 3 yen from the previous forecast. Together with 25 yen per share interim dividend, this will amount to a total full-year dividend payout of 53 yen per share.
