A mission that can be said to be a matter of course of delivering quality products to customers. In order to achieve this, although various measures were taken at the Electronic and Mechanical Components Company's production site, the indicators did not improve as expected, and there was a feeling of being drained and exhausted at the site. With a strong desire to overcome this situation, a change in consciousness that defies conventional wisdom in the field was instigated. At first, there was an outpouring of opinions at the production sites stating that it was impossible or couldn't be done, but we overcame various conflicts by repeatedly continuing discussions, and the number of those with the same mindset grew to about 1,000 people. It is the story of a persistent spirit of challenging ourselves to do better that prompts us to create value in the form of trust from our customers.
