Regarding flood damage to OMRON production base in Ayutthaya, Thailand

Operations at the production base of OMRON Automotive Electronics Co. Ltd. (a fully-owned subsidiary of OMRON Corporation) in Ayutthaya, Thailand, has been suspended due to the flood disaster affecting the northern and central areas of the country.
There have been no reports of injuries sustained by staff, and we are currently gathering information and considering measures in preparation for the eventual resumption of operations.
The expected impact of the disaster on business performance is currently being evaluated.
