Directors, Auditors and Executive Officers Changes

OMRON Corporation (HQ: Shimogyo-Ku, Kyoto. President and CEO: Yoshihito Yamada) today announced that the Board of Directors decided the following Executive Officers changes as of April 1, 2018.
In addition, Directors and Auditors appointments are subject to approval at the 81st Ordinary General Stakeholders Meeting scheduled in June, 2018.
