OMRON Corporation (Headquarters: Kyoto, Japan; President & CEO: Yoshihito Yamada [TSE 6645]) announced today that it has received the 2016 Intellectual Property Association of Japan* (IPAJ) Distinguished Service in Industry Award. Established by the IPAJ in 2004, the award is presented each year to the member company with the most outstanding track record in dealing with IP. This year marks the 13^th anniversary of this prestigious award.
