Salary
April 2025 actual starting salaries (basic salary)
Graduate school graduates: ¥300,000 per month
University graduates: ¥270,000 per month
Technical school graduates: ¥245,000 per month
Allowances
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc.

Once per year (April)
Bonuses
Twice per year (June, December)
  • *2024 fiscal year bonus amount: Equivalent to 6.48 months' salary

  • *Flex time system available, no core time; standard working hours: 7.75 hours per day
Holidays & Paid Leave Days
Two days off per week (Saturday & Sunday), public holidays, year-end & New Year holiday period, Heartful Summer Holidays (9 consecutive days between June and October), consecutive holidays (7 days or more), Golden Week holidays (7 days or more), total of 125 days off (2025 fiscal year), annual paid leave (16 days in first year, 21 days or more in subsequent years), long-term refresh leave (2 months), My Vision Holidays (3 weeks), My Life Holidays (2 weeks), special nursing care leave, special caregiving leave, other special leave, congratulatory and condolence leave, etc.

    Software engineers do more than just design programs; they also analyze users' business operations and design entire systems. While technological capability is a must, they also need to be able to negotiate with users and program contractors, so high-level communications skills are also required. As we conduct an extensive training program upon starting work with the company, backgrounds in any field of specialization are welcome, but we do place great importance on one's motivation and aptitude for software development.
