We offer a maternity leave system as well as childcare leave, shortened working hours for childcare, caregiving leave, shortened working hours, and more, all of which exceed the number of days or length of time required by Japanese labor law. Further improvements to our leave system include implementation of extensions of the childcare leave period, leave and sabbatical leave for infertility treatment, and the relaxing of conditions to qualify for shortened working hours for childcare and caregiving.

Software engineers do more than just design programs; they also analyze users' business operations and design entire systems. While technological capability is a must, they also need to be able to negotiate with users and program contractors, so high-level communications skills are also required. As we conduct an extensive training program upon starting work with the company, backgrounds in any field of specialization are welcome, but we do place great importance on one's motivation and aptitude for software development.
