Tomoharu Ogawa joined OMRON Ventures in June 2025. Prior to that, he worked at the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), where he specialized in impact investing through venture and fund investments, with a regional focus on Latin America. Before joining JICA, he served at Sojitz Corporation, taking charge of accounting and tax operations while actively engaging in cross-border transactions including M&A and strategic business development. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Sophia University and an MBA from IE Business School.
