Naosuke Kamiya

Naosuke joined OMRON Corporation as a Manager of Innovation Exploring Initiative (“IXI”) in December 2021. He started to double hat as a Director of OMRON Ventures from December 2022, and served as the Head of M&A Group of OMRON from March 2024. As well as becoming the CEO of OMRON Ventures from April 2025, he currently serves as the Head of Corporate Development Office (M&A, CVC) of OMRON. Prior to joining OMRON, he was a Director at Investment Banking Division of BofA Securities Co., Ltd. (ex. Merrill Lynch Japan Securities Co., Ltd.). Through his 12 years career in the banking industry, he also served at UBS Investment Bank and Nikko Citigroup Limited. He also has experience working at The Boston Consulting Group. Education: BA of Economics, The University of Tokyo (March 2009)
