OMRON Extends Support towards the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake Relief Efforts in Japan

OMRON Corporation (HQ: Shimogyi-Ku, Kyotao; President and CEO: Junta Tsujinaga) express its profound condolences to those who have lost their lives in the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake on January 1st, 2024. We extend our deepest sympathies to the victims, their families, and their relatives.

In response to this tragedy OMRON has decided to donate approximately 20 million yen and to provide the following support:

  • A donation of 10 million yen contributing towards the rescue and recovery and other relief activities in the affected areas:
  • Donation of 10000 thermometers to be used for medical relief activities in the disaster area.
  • OMRON employees have also been requested to contribute towards donations.

We will also donate blood pressure monitors as additional relief supplies at a later date.

OMRON is cooperating with the government and key industry groups and will continue to do so by providing appropriate support in response to the disaster. We sincerely hope for the speedy recovery and reconstruction of the affected areas and inhabitants.
