Kyoto, Japan - The Board of Directors of OMRON Corporation (TOKYO: 6645; ADR: OMRNY) today announced its recommendations for changes in executive personnel, to be proposed to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders planned for June 21 2012.

   Directors will be elected at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and officially appointed at a meeting of the Board of Directors held the same day.
