OMRON Announces Corporate Auditor Personnel Changes

OMRON Corporation today announced the following proposed Corporate Auditor personnel changes. The proposed changes will be referred for approval to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held in June this year.
- New Corporate Auditor candidate:
Name: New Position: Tokio Kawashima Corporate Auditor Mr. Kawashima is currently posted in OMRON's Global Strategy Headquarters.
- Current Corporate Auditor scheduled to retire:
Name: New Position: Satoshi Ando Corporate Auditor (external) As was announced on January 28, Mr. Ando is scheduled to assume the position of General Manager of the Investor Relations Headquarters on June 21, 2011.
