OMRON Corporation (TSE: 6645, ADR: OMRNY) today decided to dissolve its subsidiary OMRON BUSINESS CONSULTANTS CO.,LTD ("OBC"). Details of the dissolution are as follows.

1. Reason for dissolution
   OBC was established to provide management consulting services. However, because it is not expected to perform these services in the future, OMRON has decided to dissolve the company.
