Before using B6T in a product, the customer must first use Workbench to design the electrodes, set sensitivity and evaluate functionality. A simple flowchart for use of the sensor is given below:

Workbench comes with PC software, an
interface board and evaluation board, which
can be used for preliminary assessments
in your application.
Mount B6TS on the prototype board
and use Workbench to test in environments
similar to the actual product.
** Workbench is required for evaluation and testing of B6TS**
*Provide Omron with the settings.
Tell Omron the settings configured with
Workbench. Omron will issue you with an
exclusive model number and provide ICs
with your exclusive settings prewritten
in them.
