  • A search was performed but there were no hits. Why is this?
  • A1:
  • The search may have been performed with the wrong product name or model number.
    Sometimes searches fail because the wrong product name or model number is used. If a search is unsuccessful, check the product name or model number input. (Input the model number with half-width alphanumeric characters.). If the product name or model number is correct, try the following methods.
    (1) If the original search was performed with both the product name and the model number, repeat the search with just the model number.
    (2) Try shortening the model number. For example, instead of "G2R-******", try just "G2R". (In this case, all models in the series are found and so gradually narrow the search.)
  • A2:
  • The data may not be currently registered.
    If the method described in A1 is unsuccessful, it is possible that the corresponding data has not been created and has therefore not been registered to the web site. In this case, click here and inquire whether or not the required data has been created. If there is data similar to the required data, we will send it to you. If there is no similar data, however, there is no data that we can send you.
