Downloaded data cannot be opened.
Q:
The file extension changes or the data is corrupted. Why is this?
A:
It is possible that the wrong extension was added when the file was saved, and so check the extension when downloading. The corruption of data may be caused by congestion in the network or other software running on the same computer and so try downloading at another time or try downloading after closing all the other software.
