The victim of the China Sichuan earthquake and Myanmar cyclonic is supported.

Fiscal year 2008, the contribution money 30 million yen is contributed to the stricken area of the China Sichuan earthquake through ten Chinese bright red character meeting. It was used for the reconstruction support where an urgent medical support, the distribution of the rescue supply, and mending the house, etc. were included.

2,897USD was contributed to cyclonic struck in Myanmar through Nippon International Cooperation for Community Development. Moreover, the charity walk was executed, and 1,397USD was contributed through the Red Cross.
The contribution of 1,619USD to the forest fire in Australia and the contribution of 1,062USD to the flood struck of Indonesia are done in other Asian regions.

In 1989, Omron Foundation Inc. (OFI) was established in the U.S. to promote community contributions. Through OFI, Omron Group companies in the U.S. and Canada contribute 0.1% of sales revenues to support education, the elderly and people with disabilities, and to assist disaster victims.
In fiscal 2008, Omron donated US$50,000 to the Gulf Coast Ike Relief Fund through OFI to assist with relief efforts following Hurricane Ike, which struck Houston, Texas and surrounding areas.
