Procurement and buying sections strictly observe the Subcontract Act in Japan by attending training sessions outside the company and by having regulatory agencies clarify any points of uncertainty. OMRON will continue to observe all regulations and conduct fair transactions in line with its procurement and buying policy by closely checking local legislation both domestically and overseas.
Using "e-learning" to improve employee awareness
Awareness of the need for strict observance of the Subcontract Law will be improved in the entire OMRON Group by the release of relevant e-learning materials.
