Ever since OMRON's beneficial society ("WITH") was established in 1996, it has operated under autonomous management, with OMRON and its employees contributing evenly toward membership dues. Based on the spirit of cooperation, WITH provides necessary welfare support to individuals who make self-reliant efforts, thus helping to stabilize the employees' lives and abundance. WITH has approximately 10,000 members from 19 OMRON Group companies in Japan.
