At OMRON, we aim to benefit society through technological innovation based on our capabilities in sensing and control, and by continually challenging ourselves to do better in our role as a global corporation.
To this end, we established a long-term corporate vision, Grand Design 2010 (GD2010), which describes the kind of company we want to be over the 10 years from 2001 to 2010 and specifies the basic policies and management strategies required to achieve this. The ultimate goal of GD2010 is the long-term maximization of OMRON's corporate value.
